あつみ温泉 鯛料理 試食会！
あつみ温泉 鯛料理 試食会
開催いたしました。
ここ鶴岡で、人々の生活と食文化に歴史的に結びつきが強い魚のひとつに「鯛」があります。
とくに真鯛は春～冬にかけて漁獲される「魚の王様」！その料理方法も様々です。
今回は、そんなスバラシイ地産食材である「鯛」にフォーカスし、これからあつみ温泉へいらっしゃるお客様に広く紹介する機会となりました。
参加者の皆さまに召しあがっていただいたのは、まずは【萬国屋】が現在提供中の『三度美味しい鯛の朝食』
鯛めし、刺身、鯛茶漬けと、贅沢に味わえます
特製胡麻だれもいいアクセントで、ごはん２杯ぺろりといってしまいました
【高見屋別邸久遠】より『鯛の麦切り～冷製パスタ風～』
ジェノベーゼ風の味わいにモチモチの麦切りと濃厚な鯛の身、そしてヒレの唐揚げの香ばしさがマッチしていて、これまでの「庄内の麦切り」の枠を超えていました
そして、各旅館で夕食メニューとして現在提供中または今後検討しているメニューも展示紹介されました。
圧倒的な存在感と料理の幅広さ
参加者間で感想や意見を共有できた場となりました。

---作り方---
ヒレカツを油で揚げてこんもりと盛る。（インスタ映えするように）
蓋をかぶせるが、はみ出るようにのせる
1500円〜2000円ぐらい
赤かぶのつけ汁や味付けはカツ丼のソースと合うため利用する。
基本はご飯を盛って、その上にキャベツの千切り、ヒレカツ三枚をピラミッド型にのせる。
ソースにつけ汁を入れて煮込んで温海オリジナルのソースにしても良い
キャベツのみじん切りに刻んだ赤かぶ漬けを入れても良い。
ヒレカツに薄く切った赤かぶを挟むと美味しくないかも知れないが、そうゆうのも有りだ
ヤーコンとか生の芋がらなどもキャベツに混ぜても良い。
夏は枝豆を入れても良い。
